Speaking of yuck, I think I owe John Kerry an apology. I greatly appreciated the fact that he took his loss like a man. The graceful concession speech won him a lot of points in my eyes (not enough to make me ever dream of voting for him should he run again, but…).

Hopefully, we can reach out and find a way to bridge this gap between the two Americas.
