What does it take to get rid of this guy?!

Courtesy Captain Ed:

George Bush wins the electoral college in 2000, but loses the popular vote. The Democrats throw fits.

In 2004, when he obviously has no chance of winning the popular vote count, why is John Kerry, who ostensibly conceded early last month, suing for recounts?

Gore’s fighting over the election four years ago disgusted me. Captain Ed seems to think that Kerry is doing this so he can set himself up as the wronged party in this election, thereby gaining himself some respect for the election in four years. Why should anyone respect him more for not standing by the very gracious concession speech he gave?

Two completely unrelated things:

1.) I hate being sick, even if it does give me a chance to catch up on blogging.

2.) I’m quickly becoming a fan of Ambra Nykol. Also: RSS feeds make it much easier for me to keep up on the blogs I enjoy reading. I just wish all of them offered feeds.
