I just ordered full screen DVDs.

I feel so dirty.

I had just gotten done telling a friend of mine on Sunday that the “Daily Beauty” and “Quote of the Day” entries were keeping me a lot more consistent with my posting. They not only provide a guarantee that I have at least two posts every day, since I had a nice backlog ready and was doing pretty well with keeping it there, they also drove me to post daily, because I didn’t want those two things to be the only new things found here each day.

On Monday, I got sick, and didn’t feel like doing much of anything Tuesday or Wednesday, except for lying around watching television. By the time I was feeling better, I was very involved in the first season of Battlestar: Galactica, which arrived via Netflix earlier this week.

Now, in addition to having burned through my entire stockpile (which wasn’t as good as I thought, apparently) of Quotes and Beauties, I find myself without anything to write about for the evening (and with nothing written the past couple of evenings), except for the fact that the first season finale was a horrible way to end a season. Not that the episode was bad, mind you… it’s just completely evil to make people want the next episode that badly if you’re not prepared to give it up for a while.

I know I’m behind on this. Most fans who were with this show from the beginning (beginning of the remake, anyway) are hungrily awaiting… what, the third season now? At least I’ve only got five days before Season Two is out on DVD. I don’t see how you other people could take it.
