When faced with “Logan’s Law”, a proposal to make penalties for violent sexual predators (particularly those who prey on kids) a bit stiffer, four state senators voted no, including the two Democratic senators from the county where Logan Goodall, 2, was killed last year, according to Will Stewart.

The voters who live in the districts of these four senators need to start demanding answers, especially those who live in Kanawha County. Maybe there’s something I don’t know, maybe they had a good reason not to vote for this law. If that’s true, then these Senators owe it to their constituents to explain themselves.
