I’ve been trying to come up with something to say about the story of the four fifth-graders who face criminal charges (along with their lookout) after having sex in a classroom because the teacher stepped out — for fifteen minutes.

Honestly, I’m pretty much speechless. I can’t figure out what would be going through someone’s mind that would cause them, sitting in a classroom with about 15 students, to think, “Hey, we’ve got a few minutes ‘alone’ — let’s have sex!”. There has to be more to this story than just the basic facts, but I doubt we’ll ever know them.

I got the link from the Least I Could Do newspost from a week ago. I’m only just getting to writing about it because I’ve been busy lazy.
