How many times have you heard someone who was pulled over for speeding say that they think cops should have much more important things to do than worry about their travelling a few miles an hour over the speed limit?

In White Cloud, Michigan, they do. There, they worry about whether or not your grass is growing up to code.

I’m suddenly very curious about the specifics of what this law says, and (more importantly) who enacted it.
